How to Use:

1. Please use a smartphone that can read QR Codes
*Phones other than smartphones cannot be used for the Ticket/Coupon process, phones without a touch screen cannot be used.*

2. [Reservation Number] Please have your Reservation Number or "Booking Number" that you received when making your booking ready in advance. 

Redeeming Tickets/Coupons at the Facility

Step 2: Check the chosen facility is correct

Step 3: Enter your Reservation Number

Step 4: Select the amount you wish to redeem

Step 5: Confirm there are no mistakes and click "Use"

Step 6: Please "Slide to Use".

Please wait for Facility Staff before proceeding.
(For Customers travelling to Hakodateyama, you may proceed.)

Step 7: Show this completion screen to Facility Staff.
